Norvasc belongs to a group of medicines called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. In the past Norvasc was used to treat high blood pressure in the lungs and high blood pressure in the lungs, but recently it has been discovered that it may be used to treat high blood pressure in the lungs.
Norvasc is manufactured by Novartis and is available in the form of tablets. Norvasc is available as a generic drug which is manufactured by Novartis.
